On the Filters tab of the Add Widget dialog, you can determine which filters are used for your widget. This is useful for displaying very targeted information in your widgets. For example, showing an Events widget that only targets Admin Users.
Filters will not be available on any Account Based widgets, as Account Insight Reports are already only filtered to show information for one account.
