Single Select |
Allows you to define a list of items that can chosen. Only one option can be chosen for a specific record. |

Yes/No |
A boolean field that allows you to set Yes/No Values. |
Number | Let's you define a numerical value. Use this field type if you want to use greater than/less than operators in segmentation![]() |
Currency |
Similar to the number field type, this lets you define a numerical value. However, it will also include the currency symbol defined by your tenant locale. |
Percent |
Similar to the Number Field Type. Allows you to input a value that will be shown as a percentage. |
Date |
Allows you to define a calendar date value |
Date/Time |
Similar to a Date field, but also adds an option to give a time |
A text field that restricts you to entering a valid email address format |

URL |
When using this field, if a valid URL is entered, you can click the value in ChurnZero and it will launch a new tab |
Reference |
This means that the field value is referencing another object within ChurnZero. This is also commonly called a "Lookup" field. The dropdown options will allow you to select values from that entitiy. For example, below is a User Account Reference. So the values that will be available are Users of ChurnZero: |
