Once your Campaign Settings are set, use the Survey Designer to customize the look and feel of your CES Survey.
Company Logo - Upload your companies logo via a saved image.
--- We recommend using an image with height no greater than 200 pixels
Use Standard CES Question
If set to YES (recommended), the industry standard CES question will be used. You will just need to provide company name. in the Company/Product/Brand field
If set to NO, you will be able to:
- Customize the question text in its entirety
- Change the labels that appear at the high and low end of the 1 to 7 scale (replacing Very difficult and Very easy)
- Change the Submit button text (replace the standard Submit Response)
- Decide to use color-coded response buttons on a red-to-green scale
Use Color-Coded Ratings - Use Colors, on a scale of Red-Yellow-Green, in the rating choices
Preview - gives you an idea how your Survey will look to the recipient. Below are some examples:
"Overall, how easy was your experience interacting with Marketing Pony?"
Ask follow up question - If YES, a follow up question of your choice will appear after a contact has selected a score. Keeping this hidden until a contact has selected a score improves the response rate for the entire survey.
Same Question for All Ratings? - If NO, fields will open to add a custom question and response type for each possible survey response
The following field types can be use for your follow-up questions:
- Text
- Yes/No
- Currency
- Date
- Number
- Percent
- Single Select List
- Multi-Select List
Thank you message - This is a text box where you can show your appreciation for your contact taking the time to fill out your survey. Thank you messages for Surveys delivered via In-App Announcement will include Global Announcement Style settings. If you are sending your survey and follow-up via both In-App Announcement and email, you will be able to set two separate Thank You messages - one for the Announcement and one for the email.
