Once your Campaign Settings are set, use the Survey Designer to customize the look and feel of your CSAT Survey.
Company Logo - Upload your companies logo via a saved image.
--- We recommend using an image with height no greater than 200 pixels
Survey Question - The default is "Overall, how satisfied are you with (company/product/brand name)?" -- this can be fully customized.
Number of Answer Choices - Select 2, 3, or 5. Here is explanation for how Satisfaction Percentage is measured depending on number of choices
Answer Choice Display Type - Select Rating, Text, or Faces.
- The Rating option allows you to customize the labels on the Low and High ends of the range
- The Text option allows you to give every response option its own label
- The Faces option will show a default range of face emoticons that correspond to satisfaction
Submit Button Text - The default is "Submit Response" -- this can be customized
Use Color-Coded Ratings - Use Colors, on a scale of Red-Yellow-Green, in the rating choices
Preview - gives you an idea how your Survey will look to the recipient. Below are some examples:

Ask follow up question - If YES, a follow up question of your choice will appear after a contact has selected a score. Keeping this hidden until a contact has selected a score improves the response rate for the entire survey.

- Percent
- Single Select List
- Multi-Select List
Thank you message - This is a text box where you can show your appreciation for your contact taking the time to fill out your survey. Thank you messages for Surveys delivered via In-App Announcement will include Global Announcement Style settings. If you are sending your survey and follow-up via both In-App Announcement and email, you will be able to set two separate Thank You messages - one for the Announcement and one for the email.
