Company/ Product/ Brand to ask about - This text will be inserted into the the standard NPS question: 'How likely is that you would recommend [Company/ Product/ Brand] to a friend or colleague.'
Use Color-Coded Ratings - Use Colors, on a scale of Red-Yellow-Green, in the rating choices
Preview - gives you an idea how your Survey will look to the recipient. Example:
Ask follow up question - This can be turned On or OFF. If On is selected a follow up question of your choice will appear after a contact has selected a score. Keeping this hidden until a contact has selected a score improves the response rate for the entire survey.
If you choose to ask a follow-up question, you can decide to set three different questions -- one for each category of response -- Promoters, Passives, and Detractors.
The following field types can be use for your follow-up question:
- Text
- Yes/No
- Currency
- Date
- Number
- Percent
- Single Select List
- Multi-Select List
Thank you message - This is a text box where you can show your appreciation for your contact taking the time to fill out your survey. Thank you messages for Surveys delivered via In-App Announcement will include Global Announcement Style settings. If you are sending your survey and follow-up via both In-App Announcement and email, you will be able to set two separate Thank You messages - one for the Announcement and one for the email.
