ChurnZero Admins can manage users' permissions within the app using User Permission Groups.
There are two default options -- Standard and Admin. You can edit the individual permissions within each group and also create new ones.
To manage a user's permissions, go to:
Admin > User Accounts > (select user)> Edit > Permission Groups
and add or remove Permission Groups as needed (there is no limit)
To edit the Permission Groups themselves, go to:
Admin > User Permission Groups
Here you can edit an existing group or create a new one.
