When Plays were first introduced, you only had the option to target one entity, contacts. As we heard more from our customers, there was an increased demand to target Accounts, as well as contacts. We have now introduced this ability. So now when creating a Play, you can choose whether you want to target Accounts or Contacts.
Your old plays created before this enhancement are still functional, and you can still edit them. The documentation in this section is designed to help explain the functionality of these legacy plays.
If a play was created before the new functionality was introduced, it will be denoted with a "V1" next to it's name.
We recommend that you transfer all of your legacy V1 plays to our new version of Plays at some point, as there are new features and benefits that will only apply to these new Plays.
