ChurnZero users can design a stylized email signature to be used on email messages sent by ChurnZero.
Creating a Signature
To create your own email signature - Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner and select "My Account". Find and click on the "Edit Email Signature" button.
To create an email signature for another user - You must have the "Admin - Users" permission set to "All" in order to make edits to other ChurnZero users. If you do, go to Admin > User Accounts, search for the user you want to update and click edit. Find and click on the "Edit Email Signature" button.
With the Edit Email Signature dialog, design your signature.
Special Note: If you want multiple columns and/or inline images within your signature, use the "Insert Table" option in the toolbar. Once the table is added to your design, when you click on the table itself you'll get an additional toolbar with table controls (cell colors, table alignment, adding columns within columns, etc.).
Example of a complete signature:
Once you've finished creating your signature, you can confirm it's design by sending yourself a test message; click "Send me a test email".
Once you are happy with your design, click "OK" on the Edit Email Signature dialog AND SAVE ON THE MY ACCOUNT/EDIT USER ACCOUNT PAGE. Both save actions are necessary to add the signature.
Including Signature in Emails
To include your signature in an email sent by ChurnZero, simply set the "Include Sender Signature" setting to YES. This will add the signature of the set Sender to the message.
Special Note: If your company is currently using custom HTML template(s) to include stylized signatures in your emails, please make sure to discontinue the use of these templates when you create/use email signatures. If you do not, your signature will be included twice in your messages.
If the Sender Signature is included on the email and the email is set for review, you will be able to change this setting during Message Review.
