As part of Google's ongoing commitment to protecting your data, a recent change in their services has caused a requirement of allowlisting applications that use certain "restricted" scopes for Gmail and Google Calendar API calls. The ChurnZero Google integration uses these restricted scopes (gmail.readonly, calendar) and in order to not be presented with an "Unverified Application" prompt when authorizing, it is required that your G-Suite Administrator add our application as an allowlisted application.
If you do not allowlist the application, you will see this error message from Google:

In order to perform the following steps, you must be logged in as Google Super Admin:

Login to the Google admin site (https://admin.google.com)

Navigate to Manage App Access Control: https://admin.google.com/ac/owl/list?tab=apps

Click Add app and select OAuth App Name Or Client ID

In the Add app dialog, type "ChurnZero" and click Search

You should see one result for ChurnZero. Select it, and make sure all the listed Client IDs are checked

Click Add

Ensure that all ChurnZero apps have Trusted access. If an app has Limited access, highlight it and click the Change access button:
