Note: The ChurnZero Slack ChatBot is an add-on module. Please reach out to your ChurnZero CSM for pricing and feature activation.
Once the ChurnZero Slack App is authorized, under Admin > Slack Setup there will be two new sections: User Accounts and Key Details. Under the Key Details section you can customize some of the information that will be presented when your company members ask the ChurnZero ChatBot for information on Accounts, Contacts and Segments.
Until/unless you customize each object, ChurnZero will select five (5) attributes for you. The asterisk next to "Fields Selected" indicates that defaults are in use.
- Accounts & Contacts - Select and order the five (5) account/contact attributes that are most important to your company. These attributes will show up under the "Key Details" section when looking at the Overview for an account or contact in Slack and these attributes can be used to sort Account/Contact Segments results in Slack.
- Segments (Tasks/Activities + Custom Tables) - Select and order the five (5) object attributes that are most important to your company. These attributes will show up when looking at results for a Segment and these attributes can be used to sort the Segments results in Slack.
