While we don't encourage deleting NPS Responses, we realize there are some instances where this action will be necessary. If someone gives your a response by mistake or an internal user provides a response, you may want to delete those responses to give a more accurate rating.
|Note: In order to delete an NPS response, you must have a the "NPS Campaign - Delete Response" permission (Admin > User Permission Groups). We advise that only a small group of users are given this permission.|
To delete an NPS Response, navigate to your NPS Report. Scroll down to the bottom "Contact Details" Section and you can use the trash can icon to delete the response.
