If you try to login to ChurnZero with the incorrect password 5 times within an hour, the user will be locked out. An administrator can login to ChurnZero and unlock the specific User Account. To do so:
- Login to ChurnZero
- Navigate to User Accounts under Admin on the Main Menu
- Find the locked out user and click on their name
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Unlock Account"
