Account Health
The Account Health Dashboards give you a high level perspective on the ChurnScores of your accounts.
The first dashboard shows you all of the accounts that meet your filters. One side shows you the number of accounts grouped by ChurnScore, while the other shows you Total Contract Value by ChurnScore.
The other dashboard shows the same, but now adds the filter of "Renewing in XX Amount of Days".
The final dashboard in this section shows Total Contract Value by ChurnScore, but this displays the trend over time. While the donut charts refer to the current value, this dashboard shows the Total Contract Value at the start of each month.
Hot List
The Hot List shows you the specific accounts that are up for renewal in a certain period of time. Click on the names of the Accounts to navigate to their Account Profile and see more details about their usage information. The "See All" button will take you to an Account Segment that displays similar information.
Engagement
The Engagement Section shows your interactions with your customers. This includes the number of In-App Announcements, Email Messages, and Logged Activities you or your team have completed. The default view for this Dashboard are Engagements done this week. Use the dropdown to change that view.
Time Spent
The Time Spent Dashboard will show you how much time is being spent within your application. It also breaks down this information by account, contact, and much more! If you are tracking different page modules, use the Module filter in the top right.
Note: In order for this specific dashboard to show information, you must have our JavaScript installed or be sending us historical "time in app" information through our API. |
Usage
The Usage Dashboards show you trends of accounts based on a specific Event that you are sending to ChurnZero. The first set show you usage trends by Event over the past 7, 30, and 90 days, respectively. The example below is using the event of "Login". Use the dropdown at the top right to change which Event these dashboards are referencing.
The last two dashboards show your top 10 Accounts by Contract Value. The one on the left displays your top 10 who have not done the selected Event in the last 30 days. The Dashboard on the right shows your top 10 who have done that Event in the last 30 days.
Want to change which Event displays in the Usage Section by default? Navigate to the "Event Type" Page in Admin to change this. |
