Understanding Success Panels
The Success Panel lives within your application and facilitates engagement with your contacts at the ideal time: when they are actively using your product. It also gives your contacts easy and direct access to you as they work, increasing the likelihood of consistent communication and ensuring they get timely responses to their questions and requests.
The Success Panel first appears as a small icon when your contacts log into your product. Depending on your company's ChurnZero settings, this icon will either be generic (an image an administrator chooses) or it will be the face of the account's CSM/Owner.
They can then open the Success Panel to engage with the content you've sent. To do this they can click on the logo in the bottom corner.
